v Al Qa'aim Border Forts 6 & 7

After our fort designs were approved by the client, we began mobilization by planning a strategic route to the job site with the assistance of an outside security force to ensure the safety of our team, equipment and material. We arrived at the site successfully and completely renovated the existing man camp on the grounds of the border forts. Our renovation included installation of water & power generation systems. The two sites had runoff sewage systems due to their remote locations. The projects also included final as-built drawings and manuals along with 6-months O&M. The two forts were renovated to international building codes.

v Numaniyah District LPS

Complete assessment was required as an initial step. The assessment included site layout and system plans. As the site was in a fairly secure area, we were able to mobilize without issue. Upon arriving to the site, we were able to set up our man camp and begin the works required. There was a requirement to renovate the existing building and build-out additional space as the police station expanded.

Work included tying into electrical, sewage and water public utilities. We also installed a backup power system and prepared all of the structural design and architectural works. Finally, we provided As-Builts along with manuals and 6- months O&M. We completed this project to international building codes.

v Zubaidiayah LPS

v Numaniyah Fuel Point

 The Numaniyah Fuel Point is the largest bulk fuel station in southern Iraq (800,000 L) oil capacity.

The contract included initial site assessment, complete architectural drawings, site preparation, concrete installation and systems including tying into the existing water system, back-up water system and electrical facilities. We also installed a drainage system. The project was based on IBC to include fire standards. We provided As-Built drawings upon project completion.

v   Nasiriyah Communication Tower

We installed a 400 ft. tall communication tower for AMEC in Numaniyah, Iraq. The tower was fabricated outside of Iraq and installed by our company with complete accessory needed like equipments of communication and electric operation equipments.

The tower was mounted in concrete with cable supports. The base was installed to AFCEE and IBC requirements.

v Heavy Equipment Rental

Alhadara-Alarabia Company provides the rental of heavy construction equipment including cranes, bulldozers, shovels, graders, forklifts, track vehicles with all attachments and hand tools. Our rentals include full maintenance and servicing.

v Iraq Communication Towers

This project for Lucent Technologies consisted of fabricating and installing 13 towers throughout Iraq. We installed towers in Bajii, Basra, Kirkuk, Mosul, Samawa and Tikrit. The installed towers were over 100 feet in height and the contract required Alhadara-Alarabia to perform the support cable calculations and the installation of the concrete bases, electrical wiring and satellite communication equipment on top of each tower. This project was implemented to international building standards.

v Judicial Building in Baghdad

Provided all site layouts, connected site to city water, sewage and electrical systems. Due to the unreliable city services, our contract included the installation of back-up systems. We completed this project to international building codes.

v Old Ministry of Defense Building Renovation, Baghdad

Alhadara-Alarabia provided all of the site layouts for five buildings with a total area of more than 8,000 SM. Connected site to existing city facilities including water, sewage and electrical.  We took part in Al-Sader city renovation by removing all debris from Al-sader city streets, sweeping, new paving areas, construction of new parks for children, Playgrounds, soccer fields, roads and sidewalks with solar light and provide the city by electric power.

v BF8 Renovation & SF9 New Construction - Al Qa'am

Upon completion of the site assessments, we then designed the building layouts along with systems plans. After approval of all drawings, we then mobilized our teams to the area. We used a strategic route to ensure the safety of all of our workers. We successfully arrived at the site and implemented the project. The project included initial site preparation, installation of a power generation system, water supply system, run off sewage system and force protection. This project was completed to IBC specifications. Upon completion of the project, we provided the customer with As-Builds and manuals together with 6-months O&M.

v Vocational Training Center Assessments, International Zone, Baghdad

We conducted an engineering assessment for 9-schools throughout Iraq. Locations included Irbil, Al Shaab, Hay Ore, Muatassimme, Abu Grhaibe 1, Abu Grhaibe 2, Al Salhiyah, Al Shatra and Basra. This project included a 15- point assessment, detailed descriptions of the works required, and bill of quantities, pictures of the entire site, site and building layouts, and utilization of Google Earth GPS grid coordinates to match boundaries to land ownership documents provided by the Iraqi government.

v C4 Buildings Renovations Numaniyah

This was an urgent project that needed to be ready in time for a new Iraqi Army unit mobilizing to the site. There wasn’t sufficient space for them to occupy at the site, so time was of the essence. Renovations included installation of electrical equipment & wiring, water pipes, doors, windows, walls, HVAC systems, sewage pipes, bathroom fixtures, ceramic and terrazzo tile.

v Office Renovation- FOB Prosperity IZ

This project was completed for the National Police transition team in Iraq.

We provided the carpentry team to build a two story floor building in an   existing warehouse.

v Liquid Oxygen Facility

This project was implemented for the Iraqi Air Force with the assistance of the Transition Team, Lochheed Martin and CCE. This project included masonry work, reinforcement to existing steel structure and installation of 4,000 psi concrete which had to be tested and approved by an independent agency. Electrical works were also installed. This site was used to safely store oxygen tanks.

v Australian Embassy IZ Site Survey 

Complete site survey of entire Australian Embassy Site. Along with oversized to scale shop drawings, AutoCAD drawings. This project entailed exact points from which to obtain the locations for the US of the Australian Govt. in Canberra. This project also included site elevation, and layout of all existing facilities on the site for the planning of the new additions of the Embassy.

v Australian Embassy, IZ -- Interior Renovations

This project included planning, assessment, and interior wall demolition, installation of bathrooms and connection of pipes to existing septic system.

Also electrical relocation, carpentry works, drop-ceiling installation. This project required final as built drawings and was built to international building code specifications. This project also required a high level of security including the inspection of all vehicles entering the jobsite.
